About the Role
The Student Projects and Events Coordinator will support the delivery of key projects, events, and initiatives designed to foster student engagement and enhance the student experience at Middlesex University. This includes assisting with pan-university events such as welcome, induction, and graduation, as well as events developed by various teams across the University including careers fairs, employer-led events, mentoring programmes, enterprise and entrepreneurial initiatives, and curriculum-linked employability projects. The role also involves providing general administrative and event support to ensure an inclusive and impactful student experience.
The Coordinator will assist in planning and delivering events, coordinate promotional activities including social media and newsletters, liaise with stakeholders such as employers, alumni, and speakers, manage student registrations and attendance, provide logistical support, assist with evaluation and feedback collection, respond to enquiries professionally and timely, and contribute to inclusive practices to ensure all activities are accessible and welcoming.
Experience
