Description
The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the role of Student Recruitment Manager to join our busy and innovative team. The post holder will be expected to help develop and manage the implementation of the University’s Schools and Colleges Engagement Plan, to encourage progression in learning and raise aspirations. You will also support a team of five to ensure the effective management and delivery of the student ambassador scheme, external fairs and exhibitions, campus tours, an engaging webinar series and widening participation programmes - driving forward UK undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment through an increase in applications and enrolments. Key responsibilities will include line management responsibility for a team of five, taking an active role in the planning cycle for school and college engagement activity, providing the Head of UK Recruitment with weekly progress reports to monitor the effectiveness of partnerships, lead generation at external events, bookings and conversion for campus and digital activities, based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative recruitment data. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead on major projects including the management of staff and budgets, proactively recognise where processes can improve, ability to create and deliver dynamic, customer friendly events that maximise partner and student engagement with Roehampton and has strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
