About the Role
The Studio Coordinator provides customer-centric intake management, calendar, organisational, reporting, and administrative support to the Event Productions team and its customers. The primary focus is to support intake operations and scheduling of studio requests. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, the coordinator is responsible for the booking process, planning, and operations. This role requires strong organisational skills, impeccable customer service attitude, and the ability to work seamlessly across multiple teams and cultures within a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating requests such as studio recordings and post production, acting as a dedicated point of contact for customers, production teams, and third-party vendors, managing meetings effectively with supporting documentation, maintaining multiple operations calendars and databases, and providing daily customer communication support. The coordinator regularly schedules customer requests, improves efficiencies, optimizes processes, coordinates project-related data and reporting, and works on defined projects with straightforward goals.

The role also involves identifying blockers and facilitating progress, researching new technologies to evolve services in line with industry standards, participating in hiring, training, and mentoring within and outside the team, writing documentation to standardize processes, partnering with external vendors when required, and working on projects that may affect multiple systems within a region.
