About the Role
Armani Exchange, a globally renowned fashion brand known for its contemporary designs and innovative style, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our prestigious Stratford location. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales on the floor, participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, CRM, visual merchandising, sales techniques, and stock management. You will provide feedback on training effectiveness to the manager, take part in daily morning briefs to share sales experiences and achievements, and deliver training to new hires introducing them to the brand philosophy and collection. Additionally, you will observe and apply company policies and procedures and assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and successful retail environment.

Experience
Proven track record in retail leadership with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team.

About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and customer service. Strong planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines. Sales-driven and enjoys being actively involved on the sales floor. Skilled in building client relationships and understands the importance of CRM management. Demonstrates sound decision-making ability and a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications
Relevant retail or supervisory experience preferred. A passion for fashion and customer service is essential.
