About the Role
Armani Exchange, a globally renowned fashion brand known for its contemporary designs and innovative style, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our prestigious Stratford location. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales on the floor, participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, CRM, visual merchandising, sales techniques, and stock management, and providing feedback to the store manager. You will take part in daily morning briefs to share sales experiences and achievements, provide training to new hires introducing them to the brand philosophy and collection, and ensure company policies and procedures are observed and applied. Additionally, you will assist in the daily operations of the store, helping to maintain a high standard of customer service and team performance.

Experience
Proven track record in retail leadership with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team.
