About the Role
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the customer experience and driving the team to meet or exceed profitability expectations. You will assist the management team in exceeding sales and KPI targets while maintaining high standards on the selling floor and stockroom. Key responsibilities include training and developing store staff, leading by example on the sales floor, maintaining visual merchandising standards, promotions, and overall store cleanliness and organisation. You will ensure excellent customer service by creating a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging customers upon entrance. The role requires maintaining strong communication and coaching with team members, achieving individual sales targets, and demonstrating effective teamwork with all company employees. Additional duties include participating in store meetings, performing housekeeping and maintenance tasks, being available to travel and work at different locations when necessary, and adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store when required and completing other duties as assigned by management.

Experience
Proven ability to complete duties on time and to a satisfactory standard as assigned by management. Experience working effectively with colleagues and management to accomplish goals is essential.

Qualifications
Adherence to company handbook rules and guidelines is required. The ability to follow procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials is essential. The Company reserves the right to vary or amend duties and responsibilities according to business needs.
