About the Role
As a Rituals Expert, you are an integral part of our in-store management team, embodying the Rituals feel-good experience with expert product knowledge. You act as a true brand ambassador by listening to customers' needs while serving as a role model and mentor to Rituals Advisors. This role positions you as a lead sales advisor with ambitions to expand your professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics. Working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Rituals Advisors, you will help achieve both personal and store goals. You will engage directly with customers to ensure an optimal experience and provide guidance and support to your team.

Experience
Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader within retail or hospitality is required. Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve performance targets.

You are professional, passionate about the Rituals brand, and able to share that enthusiasm with both your team and customers. Qualifications
