About the Role
Bloom & Wild is more than just a flower delivery company; we help our customers care wildly by celebrating everyday moments and caring deeply for people and the planet. As a certified B Corp™, we are committed to making long-term positive change for our community and the world. Founded in 2013, we have grown to become the largest direct-to-consumer flower business in Europe, fulfilling over 20 million orders and expanding our gifting range beyond flowers to include cakes, candles, and cocktails. Joining the Procurement Team at Bloom & Wild means becoming part of the engine room behind our fastest-growing categories outside horticulture, including fresh-baked treats, luxury hampers, home and lifestyle products, and essential packaging that delivers the "wow" moment.
As the Supply Chain Lead, reporting to the Head of Procurement & Inventory, you will architect and scale our operational procurement function, building scalable systems to support rapid growth. - Establish standardized processes and lead weekly KPI reviews to shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive inventory and risk management

Experience
- 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or supply planning roles with team leadership experience
- Proven track record in scaling supply chains and managing exponential SKU growth using technology and automation
- Strong capabilities in building automated tools using G-suite and other platforms, with experience leveraging AI to increase impact
- Experience managing multi-site stock availability and collaborating cross-functionally
About You
- Strong leader and mentor who fosters a performance culture centered on accountability and ownership
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify system limitations and establish feedback loops for automation
- Proactive and hands-on, willing to contribute directly and cover operational gaps during peak periods or absences
- Commercially and data-driven, motivated to protect margins, eliminate manual errors, and optimize working capital and cash flow
- Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required; focus is on relevant experience, skills, and alignment with company values
