About the Role
Centrepoint is seeking two dedicated Support and Progression Officers to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to young people experiencing homelessness, helping them to progress towards independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with clients to develop tailored plans, provide guidance, and connect them with relevant services and opportunities. This is a rewarding position that offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people across Greater London.

Experience
Previous experience in youth support, social care, or a related field is desirable but not essential. A commitment to working with vulnerable young people and an understanding of the challenges they face is important.

About you
You are compassionate, patient, and motivated to help young people overcome barriers. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You are adaptable and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
There are no formal qualifications required for this role, although relevant qualifications in social care, youth work, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
