About the Role
Join Centrepoint as a Support and Progression Officer and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people experiencing homelessness. In this role, you will provide tailored support to help young people progress towards independence, focusing on their personal development, education, employment, and wellbeing. You will work closely with individuals to identify their needs, set goals, and deliver practical assistance and guidance. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a passionate team committed to empowering vulnerable young people and supporting them on their journey to a stable and positive future.

Experience
Previous experience working with young people or vulnerable adults is desirable. Experience in support, progression, or case management roles will be advantageous.

About you
You are compassionate, patient, and motivated to help young people overcome challenges. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships. You are proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in youth work, social care, or a related field is preferred but not essential. A willingness to undertake training and development is required.
