About the Role
If you're passionate about a career in social care and recognise the profound impact a support worker can make by providing exceptional support, we want to hear from you! As a support worker, you will help people with learning disabilities to live safe, fulfilling, and dignified lives in supported accommodation or their own homes. We have positions available across a variety of services in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Camden, Islington, Southwark, and Hammersmith & Fulham.

In each of our services, we support approximately 5-10 people with a range of support needs from low to high, including old age/dementia, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), autism, and mental health. We also operate outreach services for people who live more independently.

Work is organised on a rota basis including some weekends, early and late shifts. For those who prefer, some services offer waking night shifts. Currently, vacancies are only available in services where manual handling is an intrinsic and regular part of the job.

Sessional work offers flexibility where you can decide when and where you work, with the option to accept or decline any work offered by LDN London.

Please note that all successful applicants will be DBS checked and must provide employment or professional references covering the last three years.

Closing date for applications: 4:30pm on Friday 6th March 2026
