You will oversee supervision, fidelity monitoring, employer engagement, data compliance, and resident-centred outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with NHS primary and secondary care services, adult social care, and community organisations to ensure the service reaches those most in need and supports them to move into and sustain meaningful employment.
Lambeth Council is committed to its bold ambitions for the future through the Lambeth 2030 Plan and the One Lambeth Programme, which focus on equity, ambition, kindness, and accountability. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fairer, safer, and more inclusive borough.
