As a Supporter Care Officer at Centrepoint, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued supporters. You will be responsible for managing supporter enquiries, processing donations, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a seamless supporter experience. This role offers the opportunity to work within a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people experiencing homelessness.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or supporter care is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is important.
