About the Role Are you a creative workforce development professional who is passionate about ensuring positive outcomes for children and families through a robust learning and development offer? If so, we would love to hear from you. It’s an exciting time to join Tower Hamlets Supporting Families Learning Academy, where we are currently seeking a Workforce Development Officer. The role will include the entire spectrum of training design, procurement, and delivery across the Supporting Families Division, with a focus on the Early Help Service as well as some collaboration with Children’s Social Care and the Youth and Family Justice Service. As the Supporting Families Workforce Development Officer, you will work with the Learning and Development Team Manager and Early Help Coordinator to support in-house experts to design and deliver training, procure training programs and assist in the delivery of the Supporting Families Workforce Development Plan. A high level of stakeholder engagement is required to ensure we work collaboratively across the division so strong relationship building skills as well as previous commissioning experience are a must.
