Hours
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary
£42,948 to £53,685 per annum plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

About the Role
On your own patch, you will deliver surveying, maintenance and planned works across Moat’s property portfolio. This includes all aspects of property maintenance, major works, responsive repairs, planned works, refurbishment, fire management, servicing, voids, cyclical redecorations, estate improvements, environmental, energy, newbuild and regeneration. We support agile working, providing all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home, out and about, and at our offices. Experience
Proven experience in surveying and managing property maintenance and planned works is essential to effectively deliver across a diverse property portfolio.

You are self-motivated and able to work independently managing your own patch. You have strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You embrace agile working and are comfortable using IT equipment to work flexibly. You are passionate about making a positive impact in housing and regeneration.

Qualifications
Relevant surveying or property management qualifications are desirable. This role is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974), so a Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required prior to employment.
