About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team at Charlotte Tilbury on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier talent across our global corporate business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Executive Support. As a true brand ambassador, you’ll help shape our recruitment strategy and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the magic of Charlotte Tilbury. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business needs, build robust talent pipelines, and source future-ready talent to support our continued global growth. Additionally, you will own, drive, and deliver key global Talent Acquisition projects, contributing to the evolution of our recruitment capabilities and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment for a range of corporate roles across multiple levels of seniority, building strong relationships with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on market trends, operating as a strategic partner to our global business, and partnering with executive leadership to enhance recruitment strategies and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with the wider recruitment team to drive alignment and shared success, deliver hiring manager capabilities across the business, own regular reporting efforts to Senior Leadership, develop proactive talent pipelines, and champion a best-in-class candidate experience. You will also work closely with the wider People Team including Reward, People Partnering, and People Services, utilising a creative and commercial mix of sourcing methods such as internal referrals, social media platforms, online CV searches, and direct headhunting.

Experience
Proven experience recruiting across corporate and creative functions in a fast-paced, scaling business. Previous experience working with senior stakeholders and a track record of successfully engaging with hiring managers to deliver recruitment priorities.
