About the Role
We are seeking an experienced internal recruiter to join our established central Talent Acquisition Team at Harris Federation, the leading large Multi Academy Trust (MAT) in the country. In this role, you will have a real impact on the young people across our 54 schools in London by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for both our head office central team and academy network. You will deliver a first-class candidate experience and manage a smooth end-to-end recruitment process that engages both candidates and senior stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will also line manage a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include embedding and sharing best practice recruitment techniques with colleagues, hiring managers, and senior leaders across the Federation to attract and secure high calibre individuals aligned with our values. You will work closely with academies and support a diverse range of recruitment needs from entry level to senior leadership roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative team within an organisation committed to making a difference for disadvantaged young people and communities.

Harris Federation has a strong culture of collaboration and best practice, with professional development and career planning at its centre. We invest in our staff through coaching, mentoring, and a wide range of training programmes. Benefits include a loyalty bonus, pension scheme, generous annual leave, wellbeing plans, employee assistance, cycle to work scheme, shopping and travel discounts, and lifestyle friendly working arrangements for most non-teaching staff based at Head Office.

About you
