As a Talent Administrator, you will be a key part of our People team, responsible for maintaining up-to-date recruitment systems and supporting efficient talent sourcing and management processes. You will ensure a great experience for candidates across permanent, interim and contractor roles, track and report on recruitment metrics, and provide flexible administrative support across the People function.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the recruitment system (Workable), scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting sourcing activities, preparing interview rooms, managing associate resourcing and contracts, reporting on recruitment progress, and providing general People team administrative support such as scheduling meetings, maintaining HR and learning management systems, supporting onboarding and learning session logistics.

Requirements

Experience
- Skills in Microsoft Excel to facilitate reporting and basic data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness
- Understanding of and rigour in following structured recruitment and HR processes end-to-end
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Confidence and tact to follow up with and respectfully challenge busy senior stakeholders to secure interview availability
- Competent using Claude or other AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness

About You
- Proactive, flexible, efficient, detail-oriented and highly organised
- Interest in process improvement and delivering high standards
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build good rapport
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and adapting to changing business needs

Qualifications
- Highly desirable: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Workable or other recruitment and HR systems (Sage HR highly desirable)
