About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our expanding team! You will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, provide in-class support for individual students and small groups, and help create a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment. You will also develop and implement bespoke interventions for students in partnership with teaching staff. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and friendly school community, with ongoing training and development opportunities. You will make a real impact helping students thrive in a Special Educational Needs setting.
About the Employer
Mapesbury School, part of Kedleston Group, is a Special Educational Needs school opened in Spring 2025 in Cricklewood, Brent. The school supports children aged 7 to 16 with Autism and associated conditions who have not been able to access education in mainstream or specialist settings and benefit from an integrated therapeutic approach. Pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and may display traits of Autism and associated conditions. Kedleston Group specialises in education for children aged 7-19 with a range of SEND including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH.
