The Learning Support Department is a very large department with over 80 EHCPs (Educational Health Care Plans). It has a suite of rooms in the ‘Personal Learning Centre’, accommodating an Additionally Resourced Provision for Autistic students, Nurture Groups for vulnerable students, bespoke Key Stage curriculum and a Life Skills Flat. Experience of working with children is desirable as is education to graduate level but these are not essential for an application to be considered.
