£26,775 to £29,280 per annum (London weighted salary) dependant on experience plus ECU allowance (if policy requirements are met)

About the Role
Join our Immediate Market Tenures Team at L&Q as a Team Administrator providing operational and administrative support across London Living Rent (LLR), Right to Buy (RtB) and Key Worker Schemes (KWS). You will act as a key point of contact for customers, colleagues and stakeholders, supporting customers through their housing journey, maintaining accurate records and systems, and ensuring smooth team operations.
The role supports internal teams and management in maintaining a compliant, well-managed and low-risk portfolio by ensuring records are accurate and up to date, supporting governance and audit requirements, monitoring key processes and assisting the team in meeting regulatory, policy and service standards.

Your impact in the role:

Team Contribution & Customer Service
- Support the achievement of team objectives and deliver an excellent customer experience in line with L&Q's values.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, residents and stakeholders, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
- Build positive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support operational teams and managers in delivering a compliant, customer-focused and well-managed portfolio.
- Contribute to team performance and service improvements through a proactive and collaborative approach.

Administrative Support & Business Processes
- Coordinate operational and administrative activities across LLR, RtB and KWS.
- Maintain accurate customer, tenancy and property records across relevant systems.
- Support critical business processes including invoice processing, purchase orders and general administration.
- Assist with reporting, data management and monitoring service performance.
- Attend site offices and operational locations at least once per week, with additional travel as required.

Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work closely with colleagues, customers, contractors and external partners to support service delivery.
- Develop strong working relationships across Immediate Market Tenures and wider L&Q teams.
- Provide accurate information and administrative oversight to support decision making.
- Ensure enquiries are managed efficiently and escalated appropriately.

Compliance & Governance
- Support maintaining a compliant and low-risk portfolio through effective administration.
- Ensure activities comply with L&Q policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support governance, audit and compliance activities through accurate record keeping.
- Monitor key actions, compliance requirements and deadlines, escalating concerns as needed.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues or service concerns impacting customers or portfolio performance.

Record Keeping & Systems Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across business systems.
- Ensure data integrity and support accurate management information and reporting.
- Monitor data quality and support reporting requirements.
- Manage customer and operational information in line with data protection and organisational standards.
- Support audit readiness by ensuring records and systems remain accurate, accessible and compliant.

Requirements

Experience
- Experience working within a busy administrative, operational or customer service environment.
- Experience using systems and data to support service delivery, reporting and decision-making.
- Experience within housing, property, customer operations or a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.
