As a Team Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the partners team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating complex travel arrangements such as booking flights, accommodation, producing itineraries, and liaising with internal and external clients. You will also manage expense processing, arrange internal and external meetings including venue bookings and technology setup, and greet visitors.
Additional duties include managing ad hoc tasks and projects as requested, complying with relevant compliance, risk, and internal audit requirements, and supporting the team with any other reasonable duties as assigned by your line manager or HR. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and supports a high-performing team.
