About the Role
At Audible, we believe stories have the power to transform lives. We work with some of the world's leading creators to produce and share audio storytelling with millions of global listeners. As a Team Coordinator supporting Audible Content International, you will support leadership and team operations across the Studios organisation. This role is designed as a team-assistant-style position with a strong coordination and event-management focus, rather than a traditional Executive Assistant or Production Coordinator role. You will primarily support two studio leaders while providing scoped support across shared team activities and priorities. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to bring people together and keep work moving across multiple strands simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include scheduling, logistics, documentation, meeting coordination, travel planning, expenses, and light project tracking. You will design and manage team events and gatherings such as screenings, premieres, and larger team-wide meetings by ideating formats, organising delivery, recruiting participants, liaising with cross-functional partners, and providing basic content production support. Additionally, you will support speeches, appearances, markets, trade events, and leadership visits by shaping plans, managing logistics, preparing materials, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will liaise with Marketing, US counterparts, and other partner teams around key moments, events, and leadership activity, including agendas, run-of-show documents, and follow-ups. The role also involves coordinating ad-hoc bespoke projects and maintaining trackers for leadership priorities, evolving these over time. You will animate team communication channels such as Slack, email distribution lists, and broader internal communications to help the team stay informed and connected. Light talent and partner interfacing around events, recordings, and external engagements will also be part of your responsibilities, in close coordination with relevant leads.
Audible is a global company with an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about the positive impact we can make for our customers and communities. We foster a culture of creativity and inclusion built on our People Principles and mission to build more equitable communities.

About you
You are a calm, capable operator who handles detail well, builds relationships quickly, and acts as a federating presence across the team. You enjoy making things happen behind the scenes and bringing order, energy, and connection to a busy team. You demonstrate initiative, sound judgement, strong follow-through, and a natural ability to bring people together around priorities and important moments. Strong writing skills are valuable, particularly for internal communications, briefing notes, updates, and event-related materials. Experience supporting senior stakeholders is useful, but this role leans toward team assistant, coordinator, or event-management experience rather than a classic EA/PA background.
