Your responsibilities will include leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered. You will administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring they remain as active and independent as possible. You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Experience
Proven ability to lead and supervise others. Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication. A good understanding of care planning processes.

About you
Well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. Above all, a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling. A strong desire to help people and put residents at the heart of everything you do. Passionate, caring and a team player.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable but not essential.
