About the Role
Advinia Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Team Manager to join the team at Roseacres Care Home, a 35-bedded residential home specialising in elderly care and dementia. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care are maintained by monitoring and supporting senior staff and team leaders. Key duties include reviewing care plans, risk assessments, and medication administration to ensure all assessment tools are fully utilised. You will ensure every resident has a comprehensive care assessment prior to admission, considering their physical, social, and psychological needs, with at least an annual reassessment. Efficient staff deployment is essential, including setting up and controlling duty rotas, monitoring care staff hours, and authorising timesheets in the absence of the Home Manager. Building strong personal relationships with residents and their families is a priority. You will also work closely with the Home Manager to ensure completion of induction and mandatory training, identify additional training needs, and assist with action plans from external regulators or internal support functions.

Experience
Proven team leader or management experience within a care setting.
