About the Role
Homey.co.uk is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Intern to help grow our network of estate agents and mortgage brokers across the UK. This internship offers a pathway to a full-time role upon success. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to estate agencies and mortgage brokers, building strong relationships, and introducing them to the benefits of partnering with Homey.co.uk. You will be responsible for generating new client sign-ups and expanding our presence within the property industry.
The role involves business development and new partnerships, including identifying and winning new estate agency partnerships across London and surrounding regions, conducting high-volume outbound activity such as calls, emails, and in-person visits, arranging and delivering face-to-face meetings with estate agency owners, branch managers, and valuers, pitching conveyancing solutions, securing referral agreements, and driving consistent instruction volumes from newly onboarded partners. You will also build and maintain a strong, fast-moving pipeline of opportunities.
Relationship management is key, as you will develop strong working relationships with estate agency teams at branch level, maintain regular in-person contact to maximise engagement and instruction flow, act as a trusted and visible point of contact for partners, and represent the business professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry settings.
Commercial delivery expectations include hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue and instruction targets, tracking performance of partner accounts and optimising output, maintaining accurate records of activity, meetings, and pipeline within CRM systems, and providing market insights and feedback to support ongoing growth strategy.
Success in this role within the first 3 months includes building a strong pipeline of prospective estate agency partners, securing multiple new partnership agreements, establishing a consistent rhythm of meetings and outbound activity, starting to generate instruction flow from new accounts, and becoming a visible and credible presence within your territory.
