You will:

- Monitor case progression, ensuring works are prioritised, tracked and delivered within agreed timescales.
- Provide technical coordination and support for complex, high-risk or non-standard cases.
- Liaise with contractors, residents and internal teams to arrange access and coordinate works.
- Support the resolution of delays, delivery barriers and case escalations.
- Maintain accurate records and updates across corporate systems.
- Raise purchase orders, support invoice processing and assist with financial monitoring.
- Contribute to service performance reporting, audits and continuous improvement activity.
- Support compliance with the Equality Act, Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) requirements and wider housing standards.
