As a Technical Product Associate, you will deliver platform-as-a-product tooling that supports the bank's operations. You will prioritize features based on business value and customer needs, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Your hands-on approach will help drive key activities such as quarterly planning and OKRs, making a direct impact on the developer experience.

Key responsibilities include delivering platform tooling to support business operations, gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders, leading feature prioritization and launches, managing strategic activities such as planning and backlog creation, balancing strategic development with live platform support, and ensuring alignment of platform initiatives with business objectives. You will maintain a hands-on, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused approach to continuously improve the developer experience.

Experience
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience driving strategic activities such as planning, OKR updates, and backlog creation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to balance strategic feature development with ad-hoc business needs and live platform support

Qualifications
- Preferred experience in technical product management, software engineering, or a technical role
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure platforms such as AWS

- Exposure to platform engineering, including IaaS, SaaS, or PaaS
