About the Role
AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring continuous access to innovative cloud services. As a Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Remediation, you will drive remediation efforts for issues identified during our audit programs across Amazon owned and Colocation Data Centers. This role requires collaboration with multifunctional regional teams to mitigate and remediate risks, managing complex, cross-functional programs with tight timelines and large capital budgets. You will analyze complex data from multiple sources to develop and present coherent strategies for our global portfolio, communicate progress at senior leadership levels, and influence multiple stakeholders and technical experts. Your work will directly impact the safety, security, and operational excellence of AWS’s expanding global data center footprint. This role demands technical competency, high judgment, negotiation skills, analytical talent, and leadership to ensure delivery of key milestones on time and within budget. Experience
- Proven experience in technical program management, especially managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure including network, data center, hardware, and software
- Experience with infrastructure build scenarios and remediation programs
- Preferred experience in data center engineering, networking, systems engineering, construction management, or project management
- Hands-on experience managing complex technology projects and familiarity with data center technologies such as power, cooling, and control systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is required
