Work alongside leading practitioners on complex commercial transactions, outsourcing, tech M&A, and tech public policy shaping the future of digital business. Advise on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and high-value commercial contracts with a focus on complex, cross-border transactions. Collaborate closely with antitrust specialists on merger control matters and experts across finance, capital markets, litigation, tax, pensions, employment, and real estate to provide integrated advice. The practice also covers corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and technology advisory, offering comprehensive support across all aspects of corporate activity. You will work with senior executives, boards, legal teams, cross-functional client teams including engineers and policy experts, global lawyers across multiple disciplines, researchers, knowledge professionals, regulators, and policymakers. Experience
6+ years post-qualification experience at a top-tier international law firm or in-house. Deep expertise in cross-border technology regulation, AI, data, and cybersecurity. Proven track record of leading complex projects and advising at board or executive level. Experience engaging with UK/EU digital regulators and shaping responses to new laws. Strong exposure to multi-country collaboration. Experience in public policy or working closely with engineering and research teams.
