This is a test vacancy for university coursework, not a real recruitment.We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Net Zero Project Coordinator to

support the delivery of our company-wide sustainability and carbon reduction projects.
We prioritise good people who are passionate about climate action, strong in teamwork
and communication, and capable of supporting cross-departmental net zero initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist planning, scheduling and delivery of net zero and carbon reduction projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders on sustainability tasks.
• Track project progress, maintain records and prepare regular project updates.
• Support data collection for carbon footprint reporting.
• Help organise sustainability workshops and internal training sessions.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, clear and well-filed.
• Support compliance with UK net zero targets and company environmental policies.
Requirements

• Basic understanding of sustainability, carbon reduction or net zero concepts.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset and proactive working attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple small-to-medium projects at the same time.

• Graduate or entry-level professional background is acceptable.
