About the Role
As a Therapy Assistant Practitioner at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, you will maintain your own client caseload as designated by qualified staff. You will undertake client assessments using structured assessment forms and conduct telephone assessments to ascertain client needs, signposting or prioritising appropriately under the guidance of qualified colleagues. You will deliver interventions with minimal or no immediate supervision from Allied Health Professional (AHP) colleagues, often working as a lone practitioner.
