About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Thermic Welder to join our specialist rail team delivering critical works across the UK's railway infrastructure. You will be involved in some of the most exciting rail upgrades and maintenance programs, working on renewals, maintenance, and installation projects. Your role will include carrying out thermic welding on track components to the highest industry standards, ensuring strict adherence to Network Rail safety procedures and technical requirements, and completing welding reports and quality checks as required. This is a long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of work within a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Experience
- Proven experience working on permanent way / track projects
- Experience with thermic welding on Network Rail projects

About you
- Valid Thermic Welding certification (Network Rail approved)
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification - essential
- TW1-2 and RT1-2 certified
- Full understanding of rail welding standards and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail

Qualifications
- Valid Thermic Welding certification (Network Rail approved)
- PTS certification
- TW1-2 and RT1-2 qualifications
