About the Role
Power the technology behind world-class events by supporting the ticketing systems that underpin some of the UK's most iconic sporting and entertainment events at Wembley Stadium. Working closely with the Senior Ticketing & Applications Manager, you will play a key role in the administration, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of ticketing applications to ensure a seamless experience for fans, stakeholders, and event partners. Combining technical expertise with a passion for operational excellence, you will help maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing systems that support the successful delivery of every event.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the ongoing development and implementation of Wembley Stadium's digital ticketing strategy and operational processes, maintaining accurate operational documentation and configuration records, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and system integrity, and acting as a key operational contact for ticketing-related queries. You will support complex ticketing configurations across hospitality, membership, and event operations, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and operational validation for system updates and new functionality. Additionally, you will support pricing, inventory, and ticketing configuration changes, help standardise processes and documentation across the Ticketing team, monitor priority and general sales online, and prepare operational reporting and event analysis.
Delivering exemplary service to customers, internal colleagues, and event holders is essential, as is liaising with in-house and third-party service providers. You will also comply with all company policies to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being. As part of The FA's commitment to a safe environment, a DBS check will be required based on the role's activity and legislation.
