We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our Global Markets Trade Non-Personnel Expense (NPE) Management function. This role is responsible for optimizing trade-related NPE spend across global trading desks through broker negotiations, comprehensive desk reviews, and enhancement of infrastructure and reporting capabilities. You will play a key role in cost control while maintaining trading effectiveness and supporting strategic vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to optimize trade NPE spend, managing broker negotiations to secure competitive pricing, conducting detailed reviews of trading desk NPE utilization, collaborating with trading and business management teams, and delivering insightful reporting and analytics to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience
Strong background in financial services with exposure to trading operations and market structure.
Proven track record in trade NPE management or similar cost management functions including vendor negotiations and contract management.
Experience working with global markets trading across multiple asset classes.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
Proficiency in financial systems, databases, and reporting tools.
