About the Role
If Trade Support or Special Purpose Vehicle are among your areas of expertise, this role is for you! The Special Purpose Vehicle Middle Office (SPV MO) acts as the central point of contact and support for SPV deals issued off a Repackaging Platform. The team provides global support for deals originating in Europe, Asia, and North America, offering operational expertise to marketers and structurers managing these bespoke deals. As a Trade Support Special Purpose Vehicle Analyst at JPMorganChase, you will coordinate and ensure smooth settlement of various SPV deals, providing operational and administrative support to SPVs participating in the Repackaging Programmes. You will interact with senior internal stakeholders, internal and external legal counsel, operational support teams, and external service providers such as Paying Agents, Custodians, Trustees, and Corporate Administrators appointed by the SPVs, gaining a comprehensive end-to-end view of the issuance process.

Key responsibilities include providing front-to-back and cross-asset class Middle Office support to Trading, Structuring, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams; coordinating multi-asset class SPV new issuance activity from pre-deal analysis through trade date to issue date; assisting with cost calculations, pricing new trades, restructurings, and upsize cost impacts; running core daily tasks such as lifecycle support on reconciliation of SPV cash balances, monitoring Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) activity, coupon fixing, payments, and corporate actions; supporting complex activities including restructuring, novation, and unwind activity; understanding KPIs and exceptions to ensure timely resolution and escalation; ensuring smooth settlement of SPV repackaging trades through coordination with involved teams; acting as a key liaison for service providers; maintaining accurate records of issuances and lifecycle activity; and managing day-to-day queries while providing subject matter expertise to global SPV stakeholders with a focus on daily core activities.

Experience
Knowledge of operational trade support is essential. Prior experience with Special Purpose Vehicles is desirable but not a prerequisite.
