Experience
Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in trading services, specifically in order execution and trade settlement. Demonstrated ability to apply automation technologies in a trading environment, focusing on process optimization. Proactive in change management, with the ability to leverage resources to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.

Qualifications
Preferred comprehensive understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and the overall trading process. Experience in trading services such as order execution, trade processing, and risk monitoring is advantageous, supported by previous finance industry operations roles. Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, including relationship-building, influencing, conflict management, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Innovative mindset with flexibility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
