About the Role
As a Training Coordinator at Itec, you will provide essential administrative support and data management to the Sales and Marketing team, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the centre. You will collaborate with Training Coordinators, Programme Managers, and the Operations Manager to coordinate group training, apprenticeship, and individual programme events across the UK and internationally. Your responsibilities include ensuring all training materials are properly saved for future access, managing logistics invoices and flagging discrepancies, collating and forwarding evaluation feedback, and attending weekly planning meetings. You will maintain the quality and accuracy of CRM data, liaise with clients and facilitators to update event details and identify opportunities, research prospective clients, and provide data-driven insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role is vital in driving performance management and supporting sales and marketing through detailed reporting and operational specifications.
