About the Role
As a Training Coordinator at Itec, you will provide vital administrative support and data management to the Sales and Marketing team, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the centre. You will coordinate group training, apprenticeship, and individual programme events across the UK and internationally, working closely with Training Coordinators, Programme Managers, and the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities include managing training materials, signing off logistics invoices, collating evaluation feedback, attending weekly planning meetings, and ensuring data quality within the CRM system. You will also liaise with clients and facilitators to arrange training events, identify current needs and opportunities, research prospective clients, and support sales leads. Additionally, you will provide data-driven insights and develop reporting solutions to drive performance management, creating and editing reports for the sales and marketing teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
Experience
