About the Role
As a Training Coordinator at Itec, you will provide essential administrative support and data management to the Sales and Marketing team, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the centre. You will collaborate closely with Training Coordinators, Programme Managers, and the Operations Manager to coordinate group training, apprenticeship, and individual programme events across the UK and internationally. Your responsibilities include ensuring all training materials are properly saved for future access, managing logistics invoices and discrepancies, collating and forwarding evaluation feedback, and attending weekly training planning meetings. You will maintain high-quality data within the CRM system, liaise with clients and facilitators to update event details and identify opportunities, research prospective clients, and provide data-driven insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making and performance management.

Requirements

Experience
- Experience working in a target-driven commercial environment
- Experience in customer service, sales, and telesales
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Planning and organisational skills

- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

Desirable
- Experience working across multiple sectors and industries
- Advanced Excel skills
