About the Role
At Amazon, we are constantly exploring new opportunities to shape our global business. As a Program Manager within the EU Network Design Programs team, you will play a key role in managing the full transportation network, connecting upstream design to downstream implementation. This includes overseeing both physical and virtual transportation processes from fulfillment centers to final mile carriers who deliver packages to customers.
You will combine business process knowledge, data expertise, and influencing skills to identify and drive programs that manage change across our transportation network. The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to influence across multiple business functions while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will collaborate with various business and technical teams to create roadmaps for project implementation, set measurable milestones, collect and analyze data to drive decisions, run meetings to track progress, document standards, and ensure compliance. Every day will bring new challenges, from assessing program pilots to planning resources and sharing updates with senior stakeholders. As Amazon is a data-driven business, you will gather insights to trial ideas, identify challenges, and present findings to leadership teams.
Experience
- Program or project management experience
- Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across multiple functions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership is preferred
- Experience leading process improvements and stakeholder management is preferred
- Skilled in building processes, project management, and scheduling is preferred
