About the Role
The Man Group Corporate Treasury Team, part of the Corporate Finance department, manages treasury-related activities for Man Group plc and its subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include funding and day-to-day liquidity management, inter-company funding and settlements, global surplus cash management, foreign exchange rate risk management, interest rate risk management, and other treasury functions. You will support the Group Treasurer on project-based work and assist the Senior Analyst to enhance the team's technical expertise, ensuring the Treasury function remains best-in-class.

Core duties include leading global cash management operations, targeting cash efficiencies, managing the Group's cash investments, developing cash flow forecasting capabilities, managing the corporate FX hedging programme, and acting as the front-end user owner of the Group’s treasury management system, Kyriba. You will oversee the effectiveness of the Group’s payments policy, reconcile forecast cashflows to actuals, build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and report treasury activity to senior management.

Additional responsibilities include weekly reporting on the Group’s seed portfolio performance, assisting with portfolio administration, monthly reconciliation of the seed portfolio to the general ledger, applying technical expertise to solve complex problems, driving continuous process improvements, maintaining awareness of key risk areas and control activities, and promoting technological adoption within the Treasury team.

Experience
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a treasury or cash management role. Proven experience with treasury and cash management instruments is essential.

About you
You possess strong client service skills, both internal and external, with excellent interpersonal abilities. You have a strong Excel background and a good understanding of cash management and treasury instruments. A coding background is desirable. You demonstrate professional and ethical standards and have a focus on continuous improvement and technological adoption.

Qualifications
AMCT qualified or currently studying towards this qualification. Alternatively, a background in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a degree in a numerate subject is essential.
