About the Role
Kingston Adult Education is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Historian, history teacher, or someone with strong knowledge of London history to teach London History to adult learners (19+) during walking courses in London. These walks introduce learners to some of the most popular parts of London for visitors and locals alike, providing opportunities to engage with the sights and rich history of the city. You will join a team of dedicated teachers and receive a full induction, along with regular training sessions and CPD opportunities. The role involves delivering engaging two-hour walking tours, sharing insights into London's diverse history and culture, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Experience
Proven experience or strong knowledge in London history, ideally with a background in teaching or guiding adult learners.

- Capable of differentiating delivery to meet individual learner needs

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent qualification in history or a related field is desirable. Experience in adult education or guiding is advantageous but not essential.
