About the Role
Following rapid expansion in all markets and major new contract wins, Reset Health is expanding its technical team across multiple geographies to enhance the product for all markets. As a key member of our QA team, you will be central to delivering high quality software under our ISO13485 Quality Management System. You will play an important role in helping us transition to greater use of automation and AI in QA.

Your responsibilities will include designing, writing, and executing manual and automated test cases for our web and native smartphone applications across all markets. You will apply AI tools responsibly to deliver productivity benefits while maintaining full oversight. You will build and maintain automated test suites, integrating them into our CI/CD pipeline to catch regressions before release.

Additional duties include performing functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing, clearly documenting and tracking defects through to resolution. You will work to strong technical standards and best practices in software quality assurance, including test planning, peer review of test cases, and ensuring traceability between requirements and tests.

You will fully engage with our agile development process, including sprint planning, refinement, sub-tasking, and story point estimates, all managed in Jira. Collaboration with our global development team, product, and design teams will be essential to raise quality issues early in the development lifecycle. You will also assist our operations team with technical questions and reproducing customer issues.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal and team-working skills, and the ability to collaborate asynchronously across time zones and cultures. A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and where quality assurance fits within it is essential, along with a strong drive to continue learning and improving. Above all, we seek someone with a great work ethic, enthusiasm, and a desire to excel.
