As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, identifying new business opportunities and supporting your colleagues within the team. You will use your excellent listening skills and ability to influence and persuade in both positive and challenging situations.

Your first five days will be spent at our residential induction academy in Northampton countryside, where you will learn all about the business before starting your role. You will return for a further three days of training within your first month.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience required.

Qualifications
To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be at least 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum of 6 months.
