About the Role
Lucida AI is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing AI-powered communication, helping millions of people speak English fluently through ultra-realistic AI conversations. Having rapidly scaled to millions of users globally and raised $7M from top-tier VCs, we are now seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive and scale our global growth. In this role, you will own and optimize paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok, managing high daily ad budgets to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across multiple markets. You will continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels while collaborating closely with the product team to enhance conversion and retention. Identifying high-LTV countries and scaling winning markets will be key, as will building and iterating on end-to-end growth strategies to maximize user acquisition and business impact.

Experience
- 5+ years in performance marketing
- Proven track record scaling B2C mobile apps
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and attribution
- Experience managing large ad budgets
