As a Visitor Experience & Engagement Operations Officer at Wellcome Trust, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to all visitors. You will support the smooth running of visitor engagement activities and operations, ensuring that all aspects of the visitor journey are welcoming, accessible, and engaging. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence within the Wellcome Building.

Experience
Experience in visitor engagement, customer service, or operations management is desirable. Proven ability to work effectively in a busy, public-facing environment is essential.
