About the Role
The Lyric Hammersmith is the civic and creative heart of West London, dedicated to delivering life-changing theatre experiences. We are recruiting Visitor Experience Supervisors to support smooth theatre operations by being knowledgeable about activities and events. You will be fully trained to perform a variety of duties across the theatre and act as the first escalation point for customer interactions, complaints, or queries. Occasionally, you may assume the responsibilities of a Duty Manager when required. This role is vital in ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors in line with theatre policies and procedures.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or visitor-facing roles is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
