About the Role
Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in repairs, maintenance or housing? As a Voids Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in managing contractor performance, driving value for money and ensuring empty homes are returned to use quickly and efficiently. Working closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders across Peabody, you'll oversee void works contracts, improve service performance and help deliver better outcomes for residents.

Your responsibilities will include managing voids contracts to ensure contractors deliver against KPIs, quality standards and value-for-money targets. You will monitor contractor performance, spend, risk and works in progress, driving improvements where required. Additionally, you will support procurement, contract governance, audits and compliance activities across the service. Using data, insight and customer feedback, you will help improve service performance and support more proactive property management.

Experience
Contract management experience within housing, repairs, maintenance, construction or a related environment.
Strong commercial awareness including budget management, contractor performance and risk management.
Experience using data and performance information to drive service improvement and better customer outcomes.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders to improve contract performance, customer satisfaction and value for money.
