We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Administrator to join our well-established team and support our Warehouse Supervisor. This role is crucial to the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse administration. The ideal candidate is an organised and experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail who thrives in a busy environment. You will be based in our warehouse office and will have the opportunity to engage in a varied and busy administration role within an established team. We are looking for someone who enjoys getting involved at all levels and can support the team effectively.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and printing packing slips and shipping labels, booking deliveries and transport with various couriers, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, supporting inventory audits, updating inventory records, overseeing incoming and outbound shipments, maintaining organised records, preparing reports, assisting with filing and data entry, liaising with sales and customer service teams, communicating about stock discrepancies, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
