About the Role
Join Synnovis, the UK’s leading and fastest growing pathology company, working in partnership with Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospitals, King’s College Hospital, and Princess Royal University Hospital. As a Warehouse Operative, you will oversee the stock management system within the External Off Site Warehouse and Blackfriars Hub, flexing between both locations based on activity levels. Your key responsibilities include assisting the Operations Manager with receipt, picking, packing, and storage of deliveries, checking stock levels using stock control software, and ensuring all items are stored under appropriate conditions. You will maintain the electronic stock management system (SAP) and support laboratory departments by delivering and replenishing consumables based on FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles.
Attention to detail and concentration are essential, as is physical fitness to lift and carry boxes within statutory weight limits. You will contribute to providing a high-quality, professional service under the direction of senior staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and organisational policies. Experience
- Previous work experience, even if unrelated
- Experience with computerised Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP, LabApp, or Microsoft Office
- Previous warehousing, hospital, or laboratory experience is desirable but not essential

Qualifications
- 5 GCSE passes (A-C) including English and Mathematics, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
